All room rates include afternoon tea and a full breakfast. Room rates vary by season and by the types of amenities they include. Packages and multi-night discounts are available.

All rooms are air conditioned and have private baths. There is wireless internet access throughout the inn. Most rooms have TV with DVD player, and most also have gas fireplaces. Superior Rooms - The Governor's Room, Priscilla's Room and Jessica's Room - have sitting areas. The Suite has a sitting room. The Suite, The Governor's Room, Priscilla's Room, and Jessica's Room have compact refrigerators. Two-person aqua massage whirlpool tubs are available in Jessica's Room and the Suite. Our guest rooms are designed to accommodate a maximum of two persons.

The elegant setting of the inn is not appropriate for children twelve and under.
There is no smoking allowed within the building.
Although we do love animals, pets are not permitted at the inn.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Please note our reservation and cancellation policy, as it is a vital part of the management of a small bed and breakfast inn.

A full deposit is required for a single-night stay. Longer stays require a 50% deposit. (Some special packages may require a full deposit).

Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. In the event of cancellation of a stay, advance deposits will be refunded according to the following schedule, which is based upon the date notice of cancellation is received and confirmed by the inn. There is a MINIMUM cancellation fee of $25, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

A refund of the initial deposit (minus a $25 cancellation fee) will be given for any reservation cancelled at least 14 days prior to the confirmed arrival date.

Twenty-five percent of the deposit will be retained by the inn for a cancellation which occurs at least 3 days but less than 14 days perior to confirmed arrival date.

There is no refund of deposit for any cancellation which occurs less than three days prior to the confirmed arrival date.

Payment

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, as well as personal or travelers checks. 9% Vermont State Rooms and Meals Tax will be added to your bill.
